E-commerce Officer
Job Responsibilities
Online Sales Management: Drive and manage sales across digital channels, including:
Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, and TikTok.
E-commerce: Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
Other potential future online platforms.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content, articles, graphics, and video clips across various platforms to build brand awareness and generate sales.
Digital Advertising: Set up, execute, and manage advertising campaigns (Ads) across online platforms.
Customer Analysis: Analyze target audience data and behavior to optimize ad creation and targeting strategies.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze ad performance, assessing cost-effectiveness and customer reach.
Customer Service & Sales: Respond to customer inquiries with a service-minded approach, provide product information, and effectively close sales.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current trends and social media movements to create timely and relevant content.
Sales Target: Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in online sales or digital marketing.
Proven experience in creating content, articles, images, or videos for sales-driven platforms.
Ability to execute and manage digital advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and effectively reach target audiences.
Excellent command of the Thai language with a polite, patient, and professional communication style; strong closing skills.
Highly creative, trend-savvy, and capable of quickly adapting content to current events.
